Just a general check up for my son cost $216. I timed the entire appointment and we were in there for a total of 6 minutes. Looking at the invoice I noticed they charged extra for removal of plaque (which i assumed would come under “general check up”. Absolute joke, equates to $2160 hourly rate!! Very unsatisfied. Only time staff were helpful was when they wanted to book a follow up appointment in 6 months. Ahhhh no thanks.
I needed an emergency appointment and was offered one same day. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw the dentist Eliza (I think) and within 30 mins I had xray and a wisdom tooth extraction without any pain or discomfort. She and the nurse assisting we're brilliant. Thanks so much, what a great team!
Whilst travelling around SA, I broke off a piece of my tooth. I rang Copper Coast Dental Kadina, explained my predicament to the receptionist and she was able to give me a next day appointment. Eliza (dentist) made me feel comfortable & confident in her ability to repair the tooth. I would highly recommend Eliza & Copper Coast Dental, Kadina. Thank you!
best dental experience I have ever had . great manner and help and the service was fantastic. Amber and the lovely lady dentist did a great job and explained everything and very supportive. I would recommend anyone travelling thru to try this dentist was the best experience and walked away with a smile at the great care and service I got from everyone at this clinic. best dentist service I have ever been too in all my 56years of life. congrats to you all for such a wonderful dentist surgery.
