The family has visited both dental practices in Valencia and Newhall. Initially believed that Dr. Hakam Al-Samarrai was service oriented calling with suggestions and options. Further thought it was a positive to call an offer an appointment on MLK holiday knowing we had prior challenges coordinating schedules. Believe it to be unacceptable to wait for over 30 minutes for a scheduled and confirmed appointment that we delayed to accommodate the dentist.
