This was a mistake. Not sure where Dr. Horton finds it contractors but they cut every corner to get the house completed from their electricians to plumbing even the sprinkler system needed work after only 1month, not too sure what their HOA does either. After 4 years already looking to sell. Better option’s be careful when looking.
