DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place buys out reviews from people and “encourages” them to leave 5 star reviews. That in itself is a red flag. Furthermore, the affiliation with Absolute Security is horrendous. Look up Absolute Security on google and you’ll even see people leaving negative reviews on a poor call center that has nothing to do with them, assuming it’s canvas. Canvas is great place to live everyone is super easy to work with and very respectful of you and your time! I have had lots of changes with vehicles and their parking team has been very quick and understanding to help me and make sure I don’t get fined or booted when I’ve been in between vehicles! I really appreciate them.
Parking is terrible if your lucky you might find something close to your apartment but 99% of the time you’ll just drive around until you find a spot that on the other side of the place would not recommend canvas to anyone
I was a vendor for this company in August for cleaning several units. It is now November, and I still have not been paid for our cleaning services. I have reached out several times over the last 2 months without any progress being made. I'm owed over $10K. This is negligent to their vendors. I'd stay away from any company that treats the people who help make it happen this way.
