If you are looking for an event space, I highly recommend Copper at Dorset in South Burlington! I recently hosted a baby shower there and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The space has a lovely ambiance and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Susan, the owner, made planning the event effortless on my part. I stopped in for lunch on a warm June afternoon. You order your food and drink at the counter, seat yourself and they bring the food to you when done. They have a good selection of sandwiches and beverages to choose from. The staff was friendly and the food arrived quickly. The beef sandwich was accompanied by some dressed greens and was pretty good. The pizza was ok, a good sized portion for the price. Terrific lunch spot! The sandwich breads and rolls are spectacular, and so is the soup collection. Casual, open atmosphere, friendly service, good prices.

We had the most wonderful baby shower at Copper this weekend! The guests raved about the atmosphere and the amazing food prepared by Chef Jason, who took such good care of us, along with Rebecca. I highly recommend Copper-it's a hidden gem in our community and won't disappoint!
