Copper Cuisine of India – the food here is AMAZING! Never had Indian food like it. The waiters and waitresses are really friendly. Relieves cravings for vegetarians and non-veg eaters. The Chicken Tikka and Paneer are outstanding. Any chicken dish there is has a flavor you want to savor. Located downtown in a beautiful area. Will definitely come here again!
Not so authentic indian restaurant – I can't believe all of my chef friends recommended this place to me. The most expensive indian place I've ever been too. I can deal with it being expensive but the food was subpar at best. I've had better indian food for less than half of the price of what they charge. Seems like there trying to cater to a crowd of people who would never eat indian food unless it was at a trendy white tablecloth type of place.
Best Indian restaurant in town! – You can't go wrong with Copper! The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is great. It's a great place for a date, very cozy. We've been at least 5 times, and we've left every single time saying, "We need to come here more often." Excellent service, food, atmosphere, etc.
AWESOME atmosphere AWESOME food great menu – BEST INDIAN in Charlotte. Love the chicken tikka masala, samosas, chutneys, naan and mango cake. Also loved the dish I got of the "for the gourmand" section although I cannot remember the name of it. Very romantic beautiful restaurant. Best ambiance in Charlotte.
Authentic – While I cannot personally vouch for authentic versus non-authentic Indian cuisine, those friends of mine who can say Copper is authentic with a twist. Chicken Masala is a definite must try, but exploring the other part of the menu is my favorite. The restaurant decor is almost romantic, but not really. I would describe the decor as a relaxing calm. AWESOME!!! – I LOVED this place. My sister and I went for dinner. It is very elegant, with white tablecloths. The service was great and the waiter kept my glass refilled. I had chicken masala and it was divine. We had samosas as an appetizer. The food tasted very fresh and the seasonings were vibrant. It was truly a party in my mouth! It is expensive but well worth a splurge.

THE BEST INDIAN PLACE IN THE TOWN! – A lil expensive, but it's worth it! Food -> Excellent, Service -> Good, Quality of food -> awsome! I loved threir Naan so much! so flufy, dun even need ny curry! Alot of my frirends doesnt like their non-veg items..but it doesnt make ne diff to me as I eat Veggi stuff which i liked the best among all the indian reasturant I have tried in Charlotte.
Probably they wont like indians – The food presentation was good and tasty too, but the service is not that great. I tried to tell him not to use black pepper instead use mirchi powder, all indians know what is mirchi powder, the guy who is an indian said he is not indian and refused to recognize mirchi powder. It sounds silly but it is one of those things which i dont like. Being an Indian I hate to see people who are ashamed of their heritage.
