My surgery done on Dec 11 and Dec 19 . They charge me full amount even I met deductible. And they say after confirmation with insurance company they will refund . But after 100 phones and 4 months of period , they didn’t pay me back . This is like CHEATING SURGERY CENTER not coppell surgery center. This is big fraud center . . I called and emailed all the person as directed. All efforts I did but not get back money till today ( 04/06/25 ) - Manish
My mom’s sinus surgery went smoothly. Dr. Thomason, Dr. Parikh, nurses CJ and Lisa, and even the front desk staff were very attentive through and through. Highly recommend this facility and staff.
I had eye surgery at this facility on the 13th of November. The care I received was outstanding. My nurse was amazing everyone really. From my preop phone call me going home, was amazing. Thank you to everyone that took care of me.
