I had surgery at this location and the nursing staff lacks empathy and patience with their patients. I arrived at the surgery center one hour and a half prior to my surgery as directed by them. I was instructed to get an urine sample before getting me ready for surgery. I was walking in crutches and in a lot of pain, so it took me some time to do anything that requires to move my body. Experience was fine during my stay but no one answers the phone so my review stays until someone calls me back. It’s been a month of leaving voicemails.
I just had surgery at this center and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and relaxed. I'm an adult with autism, but my anxiety was at a minimum at the center thanks to everyone's good energy.
