Great staff, nurses and doctor.
Worst doctor and surgery experience ever. This doctor is very difficult to communicate (does not listen to patients well, very rude and defensive), and he doesn’t do comprehensive exams for you if you have any complications. BUT he’d claim that he did comprehensive check up for you. In addition, it’s remarkable that he will run your insurance to get money for each follow-up visit but doesn’t resolve problems for you at all. Dr. Tikhonov and staff provided thorough and detailed pre-prep and post-op wisdom tooth extraction directions. I’m very thankful to have come here and would recommend Dr. Tikhonov and team to anyone.
