really good experience with all activities offered and equipment available in the installation
The facility is nice and clean but the weight room has limited equipment and space the upstairs is the same way
Ben is my personal trainer and he is great! I am close to 65 years old and my goal is to improve strenght. Ben tailored a program that takes into account my physical limitations and and works all my body - over a few months I've seen great improvement and feel so much stronger and knowledgeable about my body! I highly recommend Ben.
My friends and I visited this YMCA for the first time, intending to check it out. However, we ended up working out and taking a swim. I highly recommend joining the YMCA over other local facilities because it’s family-oriented.
