I typically consider the YMCA a safe and consistent place to reset, especially during difficult seasons. But today’s experience at this location, which was my first time visiting this branch, was disappointing and unprofessional. When I stopped in to use the facility, I clearly stated that I have a nationwide membership. That information was either ignored or dismissed. Generally good facility but would have been even great if it includes sauna with steam too
It's exciting to see so many new faces enjoying and using the local YMCA in Coppell! When the parking lot is almost full, it really makes me smile, knowing how many people in the community the Y is serving.
