We wish we would have seen all these reviews before we hired Scott Coppejans over 5 years ago to put an addition on our house. Our story is the same as many others. Scott was eager and responsive at first, but after a few weeks, he would show up sporadically. The only thing he did right was hire some competent subcontractors to do the concrete work and drywall. Do not hire! Starts a job and does not complete it.
We were promised a deck in less than 6 weeks, paid in full, and ended up with shoddy construction, corners cut, more excuses than one could imagine, and a staircase that FELL OFF!!! Scott Coppejans seemed like the ideal contractor when we first began our project discussion in the spring of 2018.
