Connor was our project manager and main point of contact, and he was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. COPP Construction is nothing short of AMAZING!!! We felt like family from the very first interaction with the employees. We recently had three decks rebuilt on our home in Blue Jay, Lake Arrowhead, CA after they had collapsed in the 2023 snow storm. Two of the decks were multi-story high with construction on a steep slope on the backside of the house. Installed a roof on our cabin about 20 years ago. Started having a leak several years ago and has gotten worse so have made so many calls to them I can't keep track. Puddle in bedroom about one foot in diameter in the middle of the floor. Responsive? Not Maybe a return call once every three or four phone message left for them. Even paid to have them "service" and inspect the roof, seal vents, etc. about two months ago. Still roof leaked. Hired a repair person to repair roof. I used Copp Roofing to install a roof on my cabin in Crestline & they were excellent. In the past we had used “handy men” to do the roof who just put one layer after another which never held up especially with the bad weather on the mountains. The cabin is on a cliff where there is a lot of bad weather elements (wind, rain, snow). We finally decided we needed something stronger than the layers the handy men put on so we used Copp Roofing.
