We had an excellent experience with Copp Roofing from start to finish. Connor was our project manager and main point of contact, and he was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We did a full roof tear-off and replacement, including a thermal barrier, and the crew that came out was fantastic. I used Copp Roofing to install a roof on my cabin in Crestline & they were excellent. In the past we had used “handy men” to do the roof who just put one layer after another which never held up especially with the bad weather on the mountains. The cabin is on a cliff where there is a lot of bad weather elements (wind, rain, snow). We finally decided we needed something stronger than the layers the handy men put on so we used Copp Roofing. Copp Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. Dylan made the process easy, and Alonso and his crew were professional, clean, and efficient. Our yard stayed clean and organized, communication was strong, and the roof looks excellent.
Installed a roof on our cabin about 20 years ago. Started having a leak several years ago and has gotten worse so have made so many calls to them I can't keep track. Puddle in bedroom about one foot in diameter in the middle of the floor. Responsive? Not Maybe a return call once every three or four phone message left for them. Even paid to have them "service" and inspect the roof, seal vents, etc. about two months ago. Still roof leaked. Hired a repair person to repair roof.
