Absolutely love the staff and the facility. If you are worried about your health, I would recommend seeing any of the wonderful doctors and/or PCs here.
My 16 yr old son blew a tire in front of their building. He went in and spoke with them and they told him he could leave the truck there until the tire shop could get the tire in, the next day. The next day came and we went to get his truck, it had been towed. When asked they told us it was a miscommunication and was rudely dismissed. I asked for the supervisor, Rick, who was there but declined to talk to me. Said they call when I got my records to see me. Month later I call no record but they said they call me. 3 months in I call again they have the records just never let me know and now expected to wait 6 months for appointment... They are either way to busy for new patients, unorganized and unprofessional, or just don't care. Hopefully my experience is a outlier and they not awful but this has been a pitiful experience of medical professionals.
