First time user of their service. These guys went above and beyond what I expected. Took my Ford F-150 in for rear brakes replacemet. During initial discussions, Nate, who I spoke with, answered all questions professionally and added information for us to consider. Since we tow a camper, Nate suggested we replace with a heavier duty brake set which would cool better when braking. We agreed and yet the cost was much less than the estimate we got from one of the oil change outfits. I will use Copley Car Care again.
Very friendly. The works was done on time and I never had to had to take it back for rework. For example Conrad's quoted me double for a complete muffler system. I live 35 minutes away and still take my car to them.
