Quality, professional service and a friendly knowledgeable team.
Floors in the building units are not level. Half baked building. Brought my cousin who is a civil engineer and was shocked how even the wall of the building garage has poor waterproofing (leaks all over the garage walls) which can increase humidity in storage areas.
Poor quality construction bad design ground floor units flooded many times lift not operating due to flooding levies doubled in 2 years avoid buying any apartments built by Coplex.
Coplex are young and vibrant builders, that I can highly recommend. Good work methods and always pro-active in managing any defects that are presented to them. Their staff communicate well and are a pleasure to deal with.
I've been working with the team at Coplex for nearly 2 years now. They build a great product and have an awesome culture. Highly recommend their high quality properties. Looking forward to continue working alongside them with future projects!
