HONEST!!, they communicated the problem withmy Volvo and gave me options to try. Loved having a part in making the decision on my car and budget. When I tell you the bathroom is pristine, I mean I have been in some pretty swanky places before but this place takes the cake. After hearing about the "Bathroom Lore" at Herstine's i couldn't wait to make the trip. It didn't disappoint! Five stars doesn't even come close to the score this bathroom deserves! I’m a firm believer that a business’ bathroom tells you everything you need to know about how they run their business. And let me tell you…their bathroom is PRISTINE! I am a frequent flyer to their bathroom (I’m a mail carrier), and it’s truly one of the cleanest bathrooms in Coplay/Whitehall- take my word, I’ve used quite a few. Took my vehicle here had all the calipers replaced and brake work as well. My parking brake was fixed in the process. I've been driving the car for about a week now and I have no issues with it. Also, the owners seem to like to educate their clients and let them know what exactly is going on. They keep a clean shop. Which means something if, you know then, you know. I feel they are honest and reputable. I would take my car here.
