I had a mixed experience at Copiah County Medical Center earlier this year. The medical staff on-site were friendly, professional, and took great care of my needs. However, the billing and administrative side left a lot to be desired. A bill from my visit went to collections before I was aware of it. While I hadn't checked my mail at my permanent address in a while, I wish the hospital billing department had attempted a phone call or text message before escalating the account, especially since they clearly had my mobile numb... read more
They just didnt let me know when they transfered mom for surgeru! Took like a whole day to have someone finally text me where she is currentĺy
