Horrible wait time!! I literally sat on my husbands knee to discuss something in private with him for a moment as there were other patients waiting to be seen. NOT straddling him. NOT doing nor saying anything inappropriate. Sat on my HUSBANDS knee for a few minutes to privately discuss something as he waited to be seen. A nurse came and brought a chair and publicly told me I had to sit in the chair that I was being inappropriate!! How so? They do not get in a hurry to do anything here. Horrible waiting time!!!
I have been seeing a dentist at this complex. Had several appointments since 2020 but on several occasions after arriving and waiting for more than an hour or more I was told they would have to reschedule for either systems down or schedule problems. They need better management for their patients. We should not have to wait and then be turned away. I like the people but feel they need to certainly fix these problems.
