I came in to get fitted for diabetic shoes in inserts.I already was scheduled to pick my braces up elsewhere.I had a 4 page approved referral printed off and gave them.They said it would take maybe two weeks off the wait time.6 weeks later I called and they never submitted it and asked for the doctor and number to call to confirm.So they spent 6 weeks doing nothing for an already approved referral printed off.Now after waiting 8 months for braces to pick up that are now cancelled and sent back and cancelled and no shoes for ... read more

I was refered to Copi by my orthapedic surgen From Campbell Clinic after a lawn mower accident,where all toes we amputated from my right foot. I went to Copi on Pauline St Memphis,Tn. I was sized for fitment of a shoe insert that takes up the space where the toes were . Finally six months later ,after my many calls to check their progress and payments totaling over 600$ !
