American Home Shield directed me to these clowns and I cancelled my warranty accordingly. Figured I would pay them $100 for a new faucet rather than paying $139 and installing myself. They plucked Levi out of a coffee shop somewhere and gave him my address. He came out and promptly broke the faucet even more. 6 weeks and 6 trips and it still wasn't fixed. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a true emergency with the sewage backing up into my home and, no working toilets. I have a 78 year old mother and was told that they had 24 hours to address our issue per their contract with American Home Shield and they would be out between 9 to 11am. Meaning we would be without a toilet and any running water for 18 hours. This was an "expedited" emergent work order issued from our home buyers warranty and it was a joke.
