I have used this company to manage a rental property for the past two years. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Communication has been inconsistent, and I’ve often had to follow up to get updates or answers. I’ve also found that the vendors they use for work orders tend to be overpriced relative to the services provided, which raises concerns about cost control and oversight. People think renting from them sucks. Try owning the house behind the house they are in charge of and telling them they have a skunk issue in a shed that’s right up against the fence. And you want them to contact the owner to address the issue. Been a problem for 6 plus years now and I’m ready to solve it and will corporate in resolving it.
