They are the best of the best. They are professional and reliable. I’ve had doors and locks put on my home by these great people. ****update 5/5/22. They put in a storm and fiberglass door and it looks fantastic. The father son duo take such pride in their work. Everything from the frame to the sill and all the bells and whistles were amazing. You do not get this amazing personal service from large contracting companies and home sh*t depot and low*s. I will certainly hire them again soon to fix my front door.
Good place nice people
From my first phone call until the final stroke of the paint brush, Jon and his team were amazing. They were the only ones on Long Island who carried the special door that I wanted, their pricing was competitive and they were realistic with delivery times. Jon's communication was better than most and always friendly and within a speedy time frame. I highly recommend Woods Lock & Doors.
There are two types of local small businesses in my opinion... The ones that treat you like family, are knowledgeable, and are pleasant and kind. As if they appreciate the community. Then there are ones that act as if they are doing you a favor, are rude and dismissive, and have a "what do you want from me" mentality. This business is the second. What's worse... certain people are treated well. Others are treated badly. And there certainly seems to be a pattern. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
They really know what they're doing here!
