The food at Copeland's is great. Every meal I've had there leaves me anxious to return. The service is also friendly and professional. It's one of my favorite restaurants.

we have to come into jacksonville every few months to the Jaguar dealership. we drive around looking for good restaurants and found this one. The service was good, the food was exquisite, the crab cakes, spinach salad was especially to die for. we have tried almost every dish on the menu and all have been superb. but is a little pricey.

Average at best There are many seafood restaurants in Jacksonville that have this place beat. The Fried Seafood platter was bland and everything was piled on a bed of never ending shoestring french fries. The only way I could tell the difference between the tiny oysters and the crawfish tails was the texture. Everything tasted the same. The iced tea was so weak I sent it back for a soft drink. The waitress was very friendly and helpful but the greeters at the entrance seemed smug and very arrogant.

The food was great. Not as spicy or seasoned as I was anticipating & had to ask for additional seasoning. It is a traditional cajun restaruant so if you are not a cajun lover you might want to get the steak! :) However if you want a little NOLA and are too far away to get it, this will tide you over a bit.

The only good thing about this restaurant is the decor. The food is overpriced and you do not get value or even quality for your money. The dishes either lack flavor all together or are overseasoned. The catfish is very salty, the chicken is only heat no flavor, the burgers are greasy and if you have mashed potatos as a side, you might as well eat a clove of garlic. If you do visit this establishment, stick to the bar.
