Listen sheila does not even work on my property in Jacksonville, FL however after two months my landlord here would not help me and listen y'all I'm disabled, have no vehicle and live on SSI my landlord was making me go to get money orders and then said I could no longer pay money orders when I couldn't login to my rent cafe. I lived here for 4 years, I paid rent every month. Not going to lie I was late a couple months but always paid. This was my first apartment ever, I didn't know I had to give a 60 day notice before I moved out. But i had a child on the way unexpectedly. So I needed a real apartment (2 bedroom) asap. So I explained everything to the manager and she had not regrets on informing if I didn't pay a months worth of rent within 30 days she would send me to collections.
