I’ve worked here for over a year. This used to be a great company to work for. I even referred people to work here. Then things started going south when their load planner quit, after that it’s been a progressive slide down hill. There is a very high turnover here, both in the office and the drivers. There is no accountability at all. Drivers leave broken and messed up equipment at the customers and for the other drivers, but nothing gets done about it, so it keeps happening. This company is broke! Can't get fuel because they don't pay their comdata card and they can't make payroll. Do not come
You will enjoy hooking up to a trailer that has a flat tire, missing mud flaps, damage, dirty inside or missing lights, reefers that have less than a quarter tank of fuel. The white trucks are rolling wrecks. When you try to express a real concern to the owner he says " I don't have time for this ". The entire company is REACTIVE, never PROACTIVE.
