Not a good company!!
All their white Peterbilt trucks are trash. They will not fix anything unless it’s a tire, or radiator. They must have the shocks that last 600,000 miles with rust on them. 90% of trailers are trash as well. Always a flat tire. You tell them then the shop guys are mad. You’ll swap into more trucks within 2 months of working here than you ever had in your entire trucking career. I work for Montgomery Brinkman and Copeland has contracted us to do some contractor work at this location. What I can say is all they're employees and staff have been very kind and welcoming. I’ve worked here for over a year. This used to be a great company to work for. I even referred people to work here. Then things started going south when their load planner quit, after that it’s been a progressive slide down hill. There is a very high turnover here, both in the office and the drivers. There is no accountability at all. Drivers leave broken and messed up equipment at the customers and for the other drivers, but nothing gets done about it, so it keeps happening.
