This company forgot the first rule of Customer Service, to help the customer. I had been a customer for 6 years and have been growing unsatisfied each year of use. I should have known when the installer showed up and did not know how to program the system to walk away at that time. However the supervisor showed up and took care of everything and said he was in training so I stayed.
