DO NOT use this company Salesman refused to take calls or return calls after fee was paid. When credit card company was notified to cancel charge, company created a phony ad package and tried to claim they were never notified and tried to keep funds.

Can count on them They never return phone calls, unless you threaten them that you are going to the Better Business Bureau. They would always ask who was calling when I asked to speak with William Kappas who said he could sell my timeshare & said he was busy & would return my call which he never did. I even dropped the sale price so low that I can't believe that is not selling if they are trying. It has been 9 months.

Very dissatified with the service (none provided) Have tried to contact sale representative several times. Left messages and will not return calls. Have made no progress in selling timeshare. If they contact you for your business, hang up.

NEVER ATTEMPTED TO SELL OR LEASE MY PROPERT AND COULD NOT ORIGINALLY FIND US IN THEIR SYSTEM. DO NOT KEEP IN OCNTACT WITH THE CLIENT. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

never available, won't return calls or e-mails They tried to pressure me into paying referral fee, called & said they had a buyer but I had to pay fee before they could do contract. Never heard from them again. I've left messages and sent e-mails which were never opened. It has been almost 1 year since I paid them $402.00 which I feel was for nothing! Would never use them again. Promised me a week vacation if no sale, won't return calls.
