Casey, my optometrist technician, was so friendly, kind, and efficient! He was very personable and I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Copeland was thorough and provided me great information when it came to selecting a type of contact. Finally, Kira, helped me order contacts, got me rung up, and even reached out later to let me know she had recovered one of my earrings that I unknowingly misplaced during the appointment. Staff is really helpful-- broke my glasses, and they were able to replace immediately. Very grateful!
Staff are nice and friendly. My problem is that I asked gor a routine eye exam and was given and billed for a series of test that I was unaware I signed up for and insurance didnt cover. Very slick of them to slide this into the paperwork they have you initial while asking your medical history. Unfortunate visit.
