The staff at Copeland Eye care are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I've needed to make last-minute appointment changes twice and they were more than happy to still get me in. I really appreciate their friendliness and willingness to help, I should've switched to Copeland a long time ago!
New Year Same Deal. Great staff, great experience, but they will shuttle you on to the OptiMap to scan your retina without warning you that insurance does not cover it. This year I was expecting it and asked to skip it. Seriously love this place otherwise.
