Staff are nice and friendly. My problem is that I asked gor a routine eye exam and was given and billed for a series of test that I was unaware I signed up for and insurance didnt cover. Very slick of them to slide this into the paperwork they have you initial while asking your medical history. Unfortunate visit.

The staff at Copeland Eye care are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I've needed to make last-minute appointment changes twice and they were more than happy to still get me in. I really appreciate their friendliness and willingness to help, I should've switched to Copeland a long time ago!
