I'm a first time homebuyer and had 6 tiles crack in my kitchen. I was worried that my foundation had issues so my home warranty company sent Copeland Engineering to inspect it. Dylan came out and was super personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and even drew pictures on his tablet so it could be easily understood. Dylan also went out of his way to be kind to my dog and my 1 year old nephew who was with me at the time. I can't say enough good things about him or Copeland Engineering!

We had Dylan check a crack in our foundation. He was super friendly and very professional. I asked him lots of questions and he was happy to answer all of them clearly and thoroughly, he definitely knows what he's talking about. He was very thorough, even though he could tell that the crack was not a structural concern within a couple minutes he still checked around the entire house and did his usual investigation. I couldn't be happier with our interaction and definitely would recommend them to anyone.
