Very quick and detailed on there work! Everyone there is very kind and helpful.
We were not told the full truth and context of the previous owner. We were told an old lady owned it and she fell into poor health. We move in and get raided by the police twice because the property apparently was the biggest drug den in the county. The lady that represented Copeland said the gentleman who built the home and owned it when we purchased had a "heart of gold" This guy with a heart of gold put new carpet over urine soaked pad mudded tile to plywood.
