We have had copiers from other competitors but Visual Edge has the best copiers in the business. Our Minolta is a work horse! and our Sharp is pretty good as well. If I ever need service, Visual Edge is there the next day or sometimes the day I call. Their service technicians are friendly and know what they are doing. Very pleased with our service from this company. Wonderful experience.
Customer service is some of the absolute worst I have ever experienced!!! And telling customers that they "can't cancel" an order that they say 2 to 3 weeks, then can't give an actual eta, and then afterwards saying another 2 weeks. I have tried calling in and emailing asking to speak to management and was just put on phone right back to the person who was the source of my frustrations. I will be finding a new supplier and recommending to any who ask to NOT use this company

Visual Edge IT has acquisition of smaller IT companies as a prominent part of its business model (per its own website). Unfortunately, Visual Edge needs someone doing a lot more due diligence when assessing the companies they acquire. They acquired Brady Business for instance and its like pulling teeth to get anything of value from that outfit. Visual Edge states a goal of acquiring Leaders in the Market who focus on customer service and support. Its laughable actual in that with Brady the acquired the bottom of the barrel. ... read more
