Started a New allergist/ immunology doctor. Hope this one is better than the last one.
My son Was a patient for about three years and I finally had to find a new doctor. The receptionists were not competent at their job and never relayed messages and didn’t know basic information. I was told the doctor would see him once a month and that he came to my area of town and we could see him here, but in all the three years, I think he saw him one time snd it was in East Liverpool, where his office is. From what I hear this is the best place for me. I just hope I'm treated with the same kindness as I get from river valley physician's whom referred me to them.
