Delivered a shed. No date or time given just turned up and dumped it right in front of the garage door so I cannot get my car out. They didnt ring the bell: we were home, we have a ring bell so video evidence to prove they couldnt even be bothered to ring. I cant move it as its too heavy. We have an alternative driveway for deliveries and if they couldve been bothered to ring the bell. I could have directed them to the other drive. No idea how i'm going to move it!

Ordered fitness equipment, a good lot of it. Paid $675 in shipping and these guys booked shipping in with me Wednesday to deliver Thursday, so we ensure we work from home that day. 5pm comes so I give them a call and they forgot to load it and said they would call 8am Friday. Well they didn’t, so I called them at 9:30 friday after we organised to be home with work again.
