Terrible experience. Package ordered on 16 jan and given delivery date of 21 jan. by 20 jan the tracking had not been updated at all. 21 Jan and package not delivered, still no update on their system. Contacted them and advised it “should be 22nd or 23rd”. Still not delivered by lunch 23rd and online tracking still not updated, so contacted again - advised won’t be until Tuesday 27th and wouldn’t provide explanation or assist in getting it expedited. Avoid.
Parcels past their due date were delayed by 1 week with no communication. Their phone lines all direct to NSW despite selecting your state. Staff on the phone sound like they don’t want to work there… there is nothing premium about this service. It’s terrible.
Please pick up your phone. I've called six times today and no one has answered. My delivery is a week late and I feel like no one knows where it is or can give me a straight answer.
Had the depo hang up on me multiple times . After 8th try they finally said hello . Then they stated we are busy ill call you back and hanged up.
Absolute amateurs. What an embarassing company. Already a week late from promised delivery and counting. They called me to book a date to deliver. Took the day off work and noone showed up. They told me that afternoon it was out for delivery, next day the same person told me it hadn't even been scanned in the warehouse yet. Noone can tell me if they have it or not.
