Ordered fitness equipment, a good lot of it. Paid $675 in shipping and these guys booked shipping in with me Wednesday to deliver Thursday, so we ensure we work from home that day. 5pm comes so I give them a call and they forgot to load it and said they would call 8am Friday. Had a really bad experience with these guys. Really suspicious circumstances! Bought a treadmill which had an estimated delivery of Tuesday/Wednesday. Those days came and went with no treadmill. 8pm Sunday night I received an email saying the treadmill was delivered on the Thursday. It certainly wasn’t. I called cope on Monday afternoon and they said I signed for it on Wednesday. No one was home at our address on Wednesday. She said she would contact the driver and get back to me.
