Had a really bad experience with these guys. Really suspicious circumstances! Bought a treadmill which had an estimated delivery of Tuesday/Wednesday. Those days came and went with no treadmill. 8pm Sunday night I received an email saying the treadmill was delivered on the Thursday. It certainly wasn’t. I called cope on Monday afternoon and they said I signed for it on Wednesday. No one was home at our address on Wednesday. She said she would contact the driver and get back to me. Wants me to wait 10 hours waiting for someone to turn up to send me my parcel. What an unreliable freight forwarding company.
AVOID Delivered a home gym to my address and lied about a phone call they made to confirm delivery details. The call that they made the day prior solely mentioned; that it is being delivered tomorrow; ensuring there are no stairs/which room it’s going into (garage at the front of the house); and I asked if I needed to be present for delivery to which the answer was no.
