Quality service.
Worst delivery service ever! I have dealt with them on more than 1 occasion. Every time, there is a drama or miscomss on their side. Ordered a monitor and in the email it states, Cope sensitive freight will contact us to arrange date and time for delivery. Called to follow up after the parcel was late, and NO comms whatsoever. Their tracking is useless/mon-existant A very unorganised and unfriendly older lady deals with calls and tracking. Does not apologise and indicates they are 'happy to re-attempt delivery for free'. My parcel took 8 days from Melbourne to Adelaide, which should be 2 days as stated. ARTWSP0143257 , Picked up 3,7,23, delivered 11.7.23 6 business days. I rang Adelaide office, only got a recorded message. Driver was great, helpful & coutious
