Supposed to have visited me while I was in Hendricks Emergency Room. Sent there by my VA doctor. He sent Va bill with out documentation and they won't pay it. Now he has a collection agency file on my credit for $681. And I am a Disabled Veteran. If he would do his job and give VA documentation this wouldn't be happening.
