No experience with Cope homes other than browsing on their website often because we will be looking to purchase within a year . We have a family of 6, and unfortunately, the bigger homes that might be able to work for our family only have 2 full bathrooms, one of which is the master. The homes are beautiful, and the neighborhood is great! There's just not enough full baths in really any of the houses. For the prices of these homes, there should be more full bathrooms in the houses. Just my opinion....and suggestion.

Nice homes, slow construction, to many changes from what you are told is not exactly to match what you ordered on interior items. Slow closing.
From the start of the home buying process Cope Homes was nothing short of amazing. Michelle the sales agent was very attentive to our wants and needs. She made sure that everything we asked for was ready by the time we closed. Now with any home buying process you will have growing pains. Cope Homes acknowledged those pains and made changes swiftly.
