Absolutely terrible experience. They took 8 weeks to do a simple repair on my car and then when I did get my car the repair was aweful. Had to get someone else to redo it. During the whole process they were either non-responsive, evasive,or combative. Basically insurance fraud, my insurance company will no longer do business with them. Terrible workmanship and even worse customer service
Robert Thompson is a scam artist, he's the owner of cope design. He's had my truck now nearly 5 years that's right, 5 years, taking well over $35,000 from me. won't give my truck back nor finish the work left to do. nor does he answer his phone when I call or respond to text and emails. Everyone is suing him and the police have visited him on a number of occasions investigating fraud. He is a trickster in true form. You have been warned of this conman.
