The people there are so kind and they had such a positive impact on my life and my safety moving forward and they also gave me tons of resources.
Counselors are really good, but the attorneys are useless! Have even further endangered my life and well-being...They encouraged me to petition for a restraining order against my abuser, but then were unable to conduct the hearing properly....were very intimidated by my abuser's attorney and did nothing to cross-examine witnesses or dispute other testimony, even tho I coached them on the facts.
