Scheduled appointment a month in advance. Got a call the day before and had a misunderstanding and canceled. Call back in 5 minutes and it wasn't an issue, they hadn't booked anyone so they just put me back on the schedule. Arrived at 9:30am for our 10am appointment. I wait at the counter for about 15 minutes while they help some others. They get to us and ask for name. They can't seem to locate our appointment. Good veterinary office. Taking new clients short staffed is my only negative, waited over 30 minutes twice. Nice staff, kind to my animal and thorough.
