I had a great first interaction when setting up my appointment. I wish I could remember her name, but whoever you are, thank you. Your customer service was excellent. We spent about 20 minutes on the phone going over everything needed to get my dog established as a new patient. I've had a very bad experience with Cope Creek Animal Hospital. We have had three dogs under care. I won't go there again.
Scheduled appointment a month in advance. Got a call the day before and had a misunderstanding and canceled. Call back in 5 minutes and it wasn't an issue, they hadn't booked anyone so they just put me back on the schedule. Arrived at 9:30am for our 10am appointment. I wait at the counter for about 15 minutes while they help some others. They get to us and ask for name. They can't seem to locate our appointment.
