Working with the team at Cope Construction was amazing. They helped us with a complete kitchen renovation, including opening of a supporting wall, new ceilings, flooring, lighting, HVAC, electrical, and cabinets (Mylen Cabinets). They were on time, in fact ahead of schedule. The project manager kept us up to date and informed all along the way. The trades they brought in were professional; you could tell they took pride in their work and were very experienced. Highly recommended.
Terrible experience no call no show then we set up another time and he was late for that. Still waiting on a simple closet job of moving a wall, it's been 5 weeks and counting no quote.
I called Cope Construction with regards of building a double car garage in my backyard. When I met Ed he was very professional and had great knowledge on all the info and laws when it comes to home construction. During the process, he was only ever a phone call away and always got back to me incredibly fast if not right then and there. From design to completion Ed and the entire professional team created a beautiful 21 x 12 backyard dining deck. a perfect compliment to an historic rowhouse in Walkerville. 5 star. Highly recommended.
We had Ed replace a large awning with a permanent roof structure that is 40 by 16. He did an amazing job. His workers were always on time and their workmanship was superior. They left the worksite clean every day. Work was very professionally done and Ed or his assistant Glen were always checking up on progress. If you are looking to renovate or add to your home Cope Construction would be a great choice. We highly recommend them.
