I wanted to use a local small business for our dream home instead of a big corporation.One star is because Cope and Stick has beautiful product, but ZERO stars for customer service and price. I ordered over $30k in product for my whole house, including beams, flooring and a mantel, and once they got my money there were delays and lack of communication in actuality getting it. Great selection of wood! Josh was super helpful and showed me some nice pieces of wood for a mantle. They cut and polished it up. So happy with how it came out! Highly recommend!

BEWARE OF USING COPE AND STICK FOR YOUR PROJECT! THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE YOUR JOB ON TIME , IF EVER, AND WILL LIE TO YOU ALONG THE WAY. I went there asking them to make a simple Oak bar top and matching shelves over 2 months ago. They gave me a price and said it would be ready in 2 weeks. They required payment in full. After three weeks went by, I called and asked how the progress was going. I was told that they were having issues with their machinery. They said it would be done at the end of the week.
