I had the best blood draw experience of my life here. I wish I knew the technician’s name, because I truly cannot praise her enough. I have never gotten through a blood draw without fainting and usually require multiple attempts. This technician was phenomenal—only one stick, and it was over incredibly fast. I also waited only about one minute in the waiting room around 2:00 p.m. on a Tuesday.

I have gone to this lab several times over the past several years and have been pleased with the level of care I receive. Today I had a blood draw that was totally painless. I didn’t even feel the needle go in! The woman who checked me in was pleasant and professional & though the waiting room was full, they kept things moving. A great place to go!!
Took my 3yo to get blood drawn on a week day, they did nothing to make her feel comfortable, hardly talked to her even though she was clearly nervous. Then they moved the needle around inside both arms while she was screaming and didn’t end up getting any blood. Completely incompetent. And they kept my lab order so now I have to call her doctor to get a new one and somehow get her to go back to another lab. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
