Took my 3yo to get blood drawn on a week day, they did nothing to make her feel comfortable, hardly talked to her even though she was clearly nervous. Then they moved the needle around inside both arms while she was screaming and didn’t end up getting any blood. Completely incompetent. And they kept my lab order so now I have to call her doctor to get a new one and somehow get her to go back to another lab. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Everyone was super fast and professional. One of the easiest blood draws we've experienced. We went on a weekend and everyone was kind and efficient.
I recommend going there during the week. I have never had a bad experience until Saturday. The ladies working at the blood draw were both unprofessional and unpleasant. If a patient doesn't want you to keep digging and poking their body because you hurt them it isn't the patients fault, and making them feel bad because they asked for someone else is unprofessional.
