I had an echo cardiogram a few weeks ago..just wanted to sau my technician was MATT. He was excellent and made it a good experience for a testing experience

COPC is great, their team members are helpful and overall the facilities here are a pleasant experience. However, beware, they contract Radiology, Inc. for their billing (or whatever). If you do a quick Google search of Radiology, Inc. in Columbus Ohio you will see that they have a lot of 1-Star reviews. The reason for this is because they are swift to send over-due payments to collections without notifying the customer. My doctor called in an order to have my hips x-rayed. I stopped by about 4 hours after he had sent the order in. I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed - I had about a half hour wait. The technician was very friendly and I was done in about 15 minutes. Make sure to go into the main entrance to check in first. They'll direct you to another entrance where you'll check in again and wait. Overall a good experience. Handicapped parking has always been full whenever I've visited this facility.
