Julia, my lab technician, was very efficient and kind. The lab order was involved and Julia took her time making sure all tests were done. While Julia drew the blood, she and I had a lovely conversation about her origami work. Julia made my lab experience pleasant. I appreciate Juia's skill and calming personality!
I called this lab this morning to find out if my doctor had yet submitted an order for a particular test. I needed. The individual who answered my call responded “How would I know?” I was so shocked I couldn’t respond for a few seconds. I was then asked for my birthdate and she found The order right away. You know, when people are not feeling well and are experiencing health Issues, they should be treated with kindness and patience. This experience just made me feel so much worse.
Came at 7:30 am, in and out within 5 minutes very quick and easy process and everyone was kind, great place!
Never a problem here, if you go in the right building!
