Very friendly staff, but a lot of them on their phones, socializing, acting somewhat unprofessional. The nurse that helped me first grabbed the wrong test, and I had to correct her. Then when she administered the test she did not even read the directions. She was supposed to mix the solution by shaking it for 15 seconds (I found this out by reading the directions on the front myself), instead she just dumped it in and gave it to me. When I drank it there was a terrible taste at the end because it had not been mixed properly.... read more
Receptionist was friendly & professional, the phlebotomist was too, with excellent technique. Wait as a walk in was less than 5 minutes.
My experience could not have been any better. Everybody I interacted with here was super-professional and nice. Efficient, hard-working staff. If I have to go to a lab, this will be my go-to place from now on.
