Had a very cold morning to start off on Feb, 2025 ,made it at 1:30 in out very quick and easy does it back to driving home!! Very good experience!! 👍
Not even wanting to give any stars but I guess a start has to be given. Copart sucks for the phone services. I've been on hold waiting for someone to answer for 41 mins now. And still waiting. Bc I called yesterday and chose the option for a call back and nobody ever called me.
Customer service is horrible used to be way better and I drove 2 hours to get there and could only look at three cars the escort person said I used to buy several cars from them at each sale not no more they need to change back to how they used to run things.
The slowest copart. No people in line and employees just walking around like you don't exist. Takes an hour to look at a vehicle.
Very bad customer service, they don’t care about customers you have to be waiting in the line but they will be watching YouTube, if you need a jump start you have to wait 2 hours to get it.
