We have been purchasing lots from Copart for over 15 years and have won dozens of not hundreds of units. When there is a single issue it is near impossible to get any resolution. They sold my company a boat and trailer with clear titles listed. I got the titles and went to do the transfer and both the DMV and DNR said that these titles are no good as there were duplicates applied and issued AFTER the sale date that we won. These people are the worst. Sophie hung up on me when calling to speak with Michelle polasky. The tow truck driver stole parts from my brand new car and then drove it with zero coolant. After Michelle emailed that tow truck driver started and drove my car with zero coolant i called to speak to her directly I was told she was on conference call.
