Absolutely the worst yard I have been to. Rude customer service that refuses to answer any questions. This yard has different rules that differ than what copart states on their website. Don't expect a friendly experience coming here.
You have to sign in by scanning the QR code on the door and then fill out the online info to be put in a queue. Wait in your car until they can see you. Be cautious as there can be a lot of heavy equipment and vehicles coming in.
I would like to report that the service provided by the women in the office is perfect. They offer excellent customer service; however, the forklift operator is an extremely rude individual who takes an excessive amount of time—truly a very long time—to deliver the vehicle. I found the forklift operator's performance regarding the car delivery to be absolutely terrible. I have already been waiting for 35 minutes to pick up my car, and he still hasn't brought it out—and mind you, the Copart lot is empty; it's just me and one ... read more
