I would like to report that the service provided by the women in the office is perfect. They offer excellent customer service; however, the forklift operator is an extremely rude individual who takes an excessive amount of time—truly a very long time—to deliver the vehicle. I found the forklift operator's performance regarding the car delivery to be absolutely terrible. I have already been waiting for 35 minutes to pick up my car, and he still hasn't brought it out—and mind you, the Copart lot is empty; it's just me and one ... read more
Went that extra mile to solve my problem , patient and very knowledgeable on all subjects
Been sitting in their parking lot for almost 2 hours waiting to get loaded. Been to yards that their loaders all gelled up and got loaded up quicker then this. Guess I will pass on coming here again. Costs too much money to sit here and wait all day to get loaded. Watched people come and get loaded for apts an hour after mine and I get told by the office to be patient. Horrible place. Maybe a race thing?
