We had a 9:30 AM appointment to pick up a vehicle. We got there around 8:00 and went inside the office and showed them our papers. They said it might be a little after 9:30 before they could load us. We went back out and waited until a little after 10:00, then we went back in to ask if were still in line to get loaded. We were told to go back out and keep waiting. slowest copart ever! Got here at 3:30 appointment was at 4 and still am waiting at 5:20 it’s ridiculous if they can’t keep up with appointments don’t let so many be scheduled.
Rough on the cars transporting them in and out
