Very rude staff. When we were coming to pick up a title for a car we bought, we had an African American individual take care of the work for us, but with a very disrespectful attitude, even having an AirPod in during the work environment and being on the clock. Upon needing a second title confirmed for us, the African American individual asked us, with a disrespectful tone and attitude “why couldn’t you just give me both at the same time?” And even snatched the second paper out of my hand that I was going to give to him.
