They didn’t work with me on when they were coming told me they could only call an hour before when they give a 48 hr window and then were late when they did call. I would NEVER recommend them and will be in touch with GEICO about them.

TERRIBLE. The manager Alison rarely responded when I emailed her and she refused accountability on Copart's damage even after I provided proof. My car had an accident on the back end and was taken to their lot until I bought it back from insurance. They took weeks to deliver - awful communication skills, AND when they towed the car to me, they broke the under engine shield cover. Other day I cam one hour early from my appointment time and these loaders didn’t want to load me and kept loading others. I asked them why. They said that I was early. I had to wait 2 hours. Today I came at my appointment time. But today is different rules. Today each loader chooses who they load. Don’t matter what’s your appointment schedule.
