5 stars for the gentleman who provide excellent customer service. Zero (0) star for the poor customer service from the female worker sitting at the last cubicle up front who pretended not to hear me and therefore ignored me.
They didn’t work with me on when they were coming told me they could only call an hour before when they give a 48 hr window and then were late when they did call. I would NEVER recommend them and will be in touch with GEICO about them.
6 out of 10 times comes vehicles with stolen catalytic converters and never gets disclosed on the buying methods just this location have the issue
