I have been a loyal buyer of many cars from Copart, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Since the beginning of November, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with a missing car title. Despite sending multiple emails, including to General Manager Bryce Mitchell, I have received no response.
