This is for the Copart sublot at Taylor TX. Copart sells a vehicle, then won't let you pick it up without scheduling an appointment,, the problem is the appointments are 3 -5 days out. And they're wracking up storage fees. Totally uncaring, could not be more rude, I've dealt with Copart for 30 years, they're getting really poor. I would give a negative review if I could. Yard manager is completely disgusting.

My vehicle was towed here for an assessment after an accident. When the car was returned to me, the bolts for the license plates were missing and they removed my car seat covers, ripping one of the straps off. The car was there for damage to a fender. No reason to remove the seat covers and cause damage. It also took them multiple days to pick up and return the car.

Una pérdida de tiempo este Copart, hacen todo tan difícil para los chóferes y los clientes que tienen que dar una autorización para montar el carro con el forklift el cliente se mete 3 horas llamando y no contestan las llamadas son unos desconsiderado teniendo en cuenta que los chóferes se meten horas manejando y con el tiempo contado para recoger y seguir recogiendo en otras subastas que por estos atrasos tienen hasta que cancelar carros
