Incompetent, rude staff that gave incomplete and outright incorrect information with regards to check cashing
They LOST husbands licence plate. It's been weeks, they just don't know where or how or when. They sent the car to be auctioned when it was supposed to be evaluated an repaired. Getting the car back was a pain, can't drive it though because no licence. Husband repaired car himself, they won't pay him for the repair unless he sends the receipt for the repair. Don't call back with updates on the licence they just don't know anything.
This place is the worst. Wouldn’t release my car because it was after 4pm, though they close at 5pm and we had an appt. Wouldn’t let us go in to see the car either because the lot was closed. It wasn’t 5pm. It wasn’t closing time. The people who work here are a joke.
