Fork-lifters are not friendly!! But there is one forklifter who keeps canceling pick up appointments and taking money to get a car out fast. This guy should be fired! Some time ago when you pressed arrive before the time they used to bring out cars earlier, but now it is hell, appointment for 12 and car were brought out at 2pm!!
It is the only place where they charge you 4 or even 5 hours after the appointment. They leave the car at the time of the appointment and they do not want to accommodate the load as the transportation law says. For the safety of all of us who use the roads, we need an administrator to observe this and act accordingly.
