What a terrible terrible place. There is no one at counter but they ask you to scan bar code and wait outside for 15 mins to be called on. NO ONE IS HERE BUT ME!!! Unbelievable
5 YEAR AGO....I purchased a vehicle through this location as a dealer. After about a year...they finally mailed my title to this vehicle. I was rebuilding this rare car and it took time, so, I didn't really NEED the title immediately....BIG mistake! They lost the original title and made a duplicate. Then, mailed me a 3rd duplicate title which became void as a new title was already made and then LOST again!! This location is a SOLID JOKE with handling titles. If I could give this company 0 stars and still write a review I would. I had a claim with AAA and they had my car towed to Copart for inspection. When my vehicle was returned to me there were more damages then was present when it was sent to their yard. I've called them multiple times about it and instead of doing the right thing they give me the run around for the last 3 weeks. Their customer service is horrible.
