10 out of 10 service. Shout out the entire team at Copart, especially my guy bryan. After our vehicle was totaled, One of my employees left an iPad in the vehicle, even after three weeks later, and although I arrived with 10 minutes left on the clock, The entire team stood behind To try and find my iPad that has important business information and is very valuable to the company. Shout out to the entire team and thank you for making this hard situation Easy for me.
Forklift drivers just useless
Absolutely terrible experience. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The staff was unhelpful, communication was poor, and the entire process took far longer than it should have. I was given little information about what was happening with my vehicle, and every question I asked seemed like an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and organization made an already stressful situation even worse. Ridiculous customer service! They went from 0 stars to -5 !!! My car got towed and now they need to delivery it back and they keep changing the date and dont call me to let me know?! I informed them previously i live in a bad neighborhood so they cannot just drop it off without a person here to take the keys! And they complete ignore ! And when i try to call to ask about it i get no help at all !
